Unregistered Land and Property
Once title to a piece of land is registered, there is an up to date record of its ownership, defects can be cured and registered title is easier to deal with if you wish to eventually sell.
Parnalls is offering for a limited time the service of registering your property at the Land Registry for a fixed fee of £350.00 plus VAT per residential title or £450.00 plus VAT per agricultural/commercial title. If you have multiple titles, we can offer a discount.
There is also a Land Registry fee based on the value of the property.
