Meet the Team: Administration

The firm's Chief Executive is Keith Rimmer, who is a Management Accountant.  Keith has many year's experience in Industry and Commerce, including 20 years in multi-national manufacturing companies where he held various positions including  Accountancy and Company Secretarial posts, Financial Controller, Financial Director and Director of Systems.   For the next ten years, Keith ran his own Management and IT Consultancy and attracted a wide range of clients including three firms of Solicitors, one of which he later joined as Practice Manager and Deputy Chief Executive.  Keith has been with Parnalls since 2002 and is responsible for all aspects of the firm's operation excluding legal advice.

Chris is Parnalls Administration Assistant and he joined the Firm in 2007.  With civil service managerial experience Chris is responsible for our off site store where records are archived.  He also deals with stationary supplies and general support duties to all sections of the business. 

Joyce is a Member of the Institute of Credit Management and has been employed for a total of 12 years as a paralegal in a solicitors practice.  Since then Joyce held the position of Litigation Manager within a Finance House for 10 years, also dealing with Personnel matters. Prior to joining Parnalls in January 2006, Joyce was Group Credit Manager with a large manufacturing company in Oxfordshire.  Joyce's position within Parnalls is that of Credit Control and Personnel Manager.  She also assists our Chief Executive as required.

Kimberley joined Parnalls in August 2009 as Office Administrator.  Kimberley provides administrative support to all Departments and contributes to the smooth and efficient running of the Firm. 

Maureen Rendle is the Accounts Manager, running the day to day book keeping and has been with the firm for over 30 years.

Maureen has a general knowledge of Solicitors Legal Accounting and is a member of the Institute of Legal Cashiers Association. 

Rebekah Good is the Assistant to the Chief Executive and Deputy Accounts Manager.  She has been with the Firm since 1998. 

Rebekah assists the Chief Executive with the management accounts, the day to day administration and office management. 

She also assists and deputises for the Accounts Manager and is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians.

Wendy is the first point of contact for visitors and telephone callers, and provides a welcoming, informed and professional service. Having been with the firm since 1999, she has come to know many of the clients personally.
