Katherine Flashman
Katherine Flashman is a Partner and Director and head of litigation department. Katherine grew up in Cornwall and attended St. Dunstan's Abbey School in Plymouth. She attended Keble College Oxford where she obtained a First Class Honours Degree in Law. She was awarded the Rowe and Mawe Prize for Best First Class Degree. She attended Law School in Bristol, again gaining a Distinction. She began her career at Bond Pearce Solicitors in Plymouth and qualified in 1993 and continued her initial career working for them doing specialised litigation work. In 1996 Katherine moved to Parnalls and became a Partner and later director of the business. She specialises in various aspects of litigation including personal injury, employment, criminal and General Civil Litigation. She is a specialist advocate and excels at and enjoys conducting her own advocacy and has appeared in various courts including Magistrates Court, Crown Court, County Court, High Court etc. Katherine also acts as Assistant Deputy Coroner throughout Cornwall. Katherine believes in a robust attitude to litigation and attention to detail, both ensuring the best result for the client.


Jean Speers
Jean Speers has been with the firm for 40 years and is a member of the firm's Litigation Department dealing mainly with PI Claims, General Civil Litigation, Landlord and Tenant disputes etc.


Julie Rogers
Julie Rogers has been with firm since 2000 and is a member of the Litigation Department, assisting mainly with employment, PI, Licensing and General Civil Litigation matters.


Linda Cummings
Linda Cummings is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and has been practising family law for over 10 years. She joined Parnalls in 2003, having previously worked for a firm of Solicitors in London.
She is experienced in all aspects of family law including, divorce and separation, Children Act issues and cohabitee disputes.
She is a member of the Law Society Family Law Panel.

Mark Cummings
Mark Cummings is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives, having been admitted in 1995. Mark practiced in London for many years before moving to Parnalls. Mark has received instructions from a wide client base, including Local Authorities and Liability Insurers.
Mark specialises in Litigation, including all aspects of Public Law, Personal Injury, Landlord and Tenant, Common Law and Equity, plus general Litigation.

Susan Wilton
Susan Wilton works for Linda Cummings in the Family Department. She has been working with the firm since 2003. She studied at St Austell College and completed ILEX Legal Secretarial Certificate, ILEX Vocational Paralegal Studies Certificate and ILEX Legal Secretarial Diploma.
