Private Client Solicitor - Cornwall

We are looking for an experienced Solicitor with specialist trusts and tax experience to join our busy Private Client department.

They are to have a minimum of five years post-qualification experience or equivalent.  The candidate should ideally be a member of STEP.

The successful candidate must have broad experience in Estate Administration, Trusts and Administration and Tax.  Knowledge of foreign trust and tax laws would be advantageous.

Must be able to work closely in a team and be able to handle a large existing workload.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is energetic and enjoys challenges.

Ideally the candidate would have local connections and a commitment to living in North/East Cornwall or West Devon.
