Mark Parnall

Mark Parnall is a Director of Parnalls Solicitors and has been with the firm since 1976. He deals with commercial conveyancing and general commercial advice. He has a wide experience in dealing with business sales and acquisitions, company restructuring and partnership disputes.

He qualified as a Solicitor in 1982 and also has a good working knowledge of the Mining and Aggregate Industries, French Property Law and Land Registry Adjudication procedures.
