Linda Cummings

Linda Cummings is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and has been practising family law for over 10 years. She joined Parnalls in 2003, having previously worked for a firm of Solicitors in London.

She is experienced in all aspects of family law including, divorce and separation, Children Act issues and cohabitee disputes.  She is a Resolution Accredited Specialist in both private law children and advanced financial provision.

She is a member of the Law Society Family Law Panel.
